TMF is working with Texas Medicare providers to improve the health and safety of you, as a Medicare patient in Texas, through the TMF Part D Drug Safety Project.
This includes two projects:
Information on preventing falls, ways to avoid medication errors, tools for communicating what medicines you’re taking to health care providers and other safety tips are available free of charge from TMF. All are offered at no cost to you as a Texas Medicare Beneficiary.
