Pharmacists: Prevent Adverse Drug Interactions in Your Patients
TMF offers evidence-based resources, guidelines and information which promote patient safety and satisfaction related to provider medication management. TMF is using a collaborative approach partnering with physicians, pharmacists and prescription drug plan professionals to improve the health and safety of Medicare patients in Texas through the TMF Part D Drug Safety Project.
